Can I add more contractors after starting?
Yes — each additional contractor lane is $25 and adds 50 pages of allowance for side-by-side comparison, up to a 150-page current session cap.
What if my file can't be processed?
If payment is confirmed and we cannot deliver a usable report, we issue an automatic refund. Large documents are checked before payment so you don't pay for files we can't process.
